Violation Description: Priority Action Notice served requiring that a registered person must notify the appropriate office of the occurrence of any of the events set out in Schedule 4 and must at the same time provide the Welsh Ministers with any information specified in that Schedule in respect of that event. Notification must be made - (a) where it is reasonably practicable to do so, in advance of the event occurring; and (b) in all other cases as soon as reasonably practicable, but not later than 14 days after the event has occurred.
