That that any risks to the health and safety of individuals are identified and reduced so far as reasonably practicable. That that the service is provided with sufficient care, competence and skill, having regard to the statement of purpose. That the service provider must provide the service in a way which ensures that individuals are safe and are protected from abuse, neglect and improper treatment.
