Violation Description: Miss X complained about how the Care Provider which runs the care home where her mother, Mrs Y, lived from May 2019 managed Mrs Y's care fees. The Care Provider failed to provide the terms and conditions of Mrs Y's stay before she became a resident and to provide regular invoices. This caused Miss X avoidable uncertainty, frustration, time and trouble. The Care Provider agreed to make a financial payment to Miss X and review how it manages incoming post.
