Violation Description: Mrs X complains the care provider provided inadequate care to her father between April and July 2021. She also complains about the actions of a particular carer following an incident where paramedics were called. She says the carer provided incorrect information to the paramedics. We find some fault with the care provider for not always providing care in line with the care plan. We have made some recommendations for the care provider to remedy the injustice caused.
