Violation Description: Mrs X complains the Care Provider failed to reduce her late mother's care fees when it successfully applied for Funded Nursing Care contributions. The Care Provider said it did not charge for services covered by the Funded Nursing Care contribution and so it has not overcharged for its services. We found the Care Provider acted in line with its terms and conditions but the lack of clarity over charging caused an injustice.
