Violation Description: Ofqual identified defects in FDQ's approach to ensuring that it had effective written and enforceable agreements in place with each of its centres. Principally, Ofqual found that FDQ did not set out clearly to prospective centres what it required of them in order to ensure the delivery and award of valid qualifications. FDQ accepted that it had breached our General Conditions of Recognition and gave Ofqual an Undertaking to secure compliance with the Conditions.
