Violation Description: Following an Ofqual audit programme which reviewed the arrangements put in place by awarding organisations for monitoring centres delivering regulated qualifications, Ofqual identified defects in IAO's monitoring arrangements which are vital to ensure the delivery and award of valid qualifications. Innovate Awarding Ltd (IAO) accepted that it had breached our General Conditions of Recognition and gave Ofqual an Undertaking to secure compliance with the Conditions.
