Violation Description: Ofqual has imposed special conditions on UWL, requiring it to suspend any arrangements under which UWL delegates responsibility for the following activities to a third party, design and/or development of a qualification and/or any assessment materials, marking of assessment materials, issuing results and certificates, refrain from reinstating those arrangements and/or entering into similar arrangements without the prior written consent of Ofqual's Director of VTQ Operations, commission an independent audit to review historic compliance with the General Conditions of Recognition in circumstances where UWL had delegated responsibility for the following activities to a third party, design and/or development of a qualification and/or any assessment materials, marking of assessment materials, issuing results and certificates
