Violation Description: Enforced cancellation. "Section 17(3)(a) of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (the 2016 Act). Care Inspectorate Wales are not satisfied that the action specified in the Improvement Notice has been taken within the time limit specified. Section 15(1) of the Act permits the CIW to cancel the registration of a service provider if certain grounds are met. 1. Regulation 21: The service provider must ensure care and support is provided in a way which protects, promotes, and maintains the safety and well-being of individuals. 2. Regulation 44(4)(h): The service provider must ensure the environment is properly maintained. 3. Regulation 66: The responsible individual must supervise the management of the service, which includes taking the steps described in regulations 64, 72 and 73"
