Violation Description: Ms X complained that the Newcross Healthcare Solutions Ltd (the Provider) did not provide the agreed domiciliary care to her mother. This caused her mother distress and meant that Ms X who cares for her mother, could not have the respite care she was expecting. The Provider has agreed to apologise to Ms X and her mother, pay Ms X £300 in recognition of the distress and frustration it caused her. The Provider has also agreed to review how it provides its services.
