Violation Description: On 27 July 2018, the Care Inspectorate made an application to the Sheriff at Aberdeen seeking cancellation of Muirhead Care Home's registration under section 65 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 ("the Act"). The application is based on the Care Inspectorate's belief that in the absence of an order, there would be a serious risk to the life, health or well-being of persons cared for by the service. As part of the application, the Care Inspectorate also sought an interim order, suspending the registration of the care service under section 65(3) of the Act. On 10 August 2018 an order was made by the Sheriff at Aberdeen suspending the registration of the care service on an interim basis from 31 August 2018. On 12 September 2018 the Sheriff granted decree cancelling the registration of the care service
