Violation Description: The Nursing Agency must not become operational without prior approval by RQIA. The Agency must notify RQIA eight weeks prior to the date the service is proposing to become operational. In addition, this Nursing Agency must become operational no later than 31 October 2024 otherwise as agreed, the Responsible Individual will immediately submit an application to RQIA in respect of voluntarily deregistering this service.
